Send Email Notifications Conditionally by SMS

I have an assistant filling in and submitting a form. If my assistant selects an option, say "HOT LEAD", I'd like to also receive a text notification when they submit the form so that I can react much faster than if just receiving the standard submission email notification.

Can this be done?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, we don't have a feature that allows users to send email notifications through text or SMS. A workaround you can look into is using the Connect Jotform and SMS by Zapier method, but this method doesn't have the feature to conditionally send SMS.
