Hello Jotform Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue where my account shows that I am over quota, but when I check my usage, it is below the limits. I have already deleted all uploaded files and cleared my form cache, but the over quota message still appears.
Could you please investigate and help resolve this discrepancy? I rely on my account for important submissions, so your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
