Id like to have clients see a seperate contract and sign, but the integration only allows them to docusign the current form they are filling out. Id like them to sign the exlusive right to represent form.

Hi reginabrancousa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I wasn't able to find a form titled Exclusive Right to Represent, but I did see a Signed Document named Exclusive Right To Represent Dual Agency Tenant Agreement (828 RE) in your account. To confirm, is this the document you’d like to integrate with the DocuSign widget so clients can sign it separately from the main form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Regina,
A signed document is an electronic document created using Jotform Sign, Jotform’s e-signature solution. It allows users to upload documents that require signatures, automate the signing process, and securely collect legally binding electronic signatures, while a web form is an online form created using the Form Builder. A platform that allows users to build and customize forms without needing coding skills. These forms can be used for various purposes, such as collecting registrations, applications, orders, payments, surveys, and feedback.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Regina,
Can you send us a screen recording of what is happening so we can look into it? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

This dropdown here for PDF template, it only pulls up the current form as an eligible form. Id like to be able to pull in a contract- how do i accomplish this? do i need to upload the contract somewhere on Jotform?

Hi Regina,
Unfortunately, we don't have an option to use an uploaded PDF document as your Docusign's PDF template. As a workaround, you can convert your PDF document to an online form and then generate a PDF document using your online form in PDF Editor so you can use it as your PDF template for your Docusign. Let me show you how to do it:
First, let's create an online form using your PDF document:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
3. Now, upload your PDF file.4. Add the necessary fields and customize them using the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. Check out the screencast below to see how to do that:
Now, let's generate a PDF document using your Smart PDF Form:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left side of the page, and click on PDF Editor on the menu that opens.
2. In PDF Editor, click on New PDF on the blue tab bar at the top of the screen.
3. Click on Use Default Layout on the pop-up window.
Finally, let's import that PDF document on your main form's PDF Editor:
1. In your main form's PDF Editor, click on New PDF on the blue tab bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on Clone Existing PDF on the pop-up window.
3. In Select a Form on the pop-up window, select your Smart PDF Form, and in Select a PDF Document under it, select your generated PDF document.
4. Click on Create on the lower right side of the page. Now, you can use that PDF document as your Docusign's PDF template.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
