Couldn't complete the process for the welcome discount

    hey! I was trying to set up the welcome discount but wasn't able to complete the process- the dashboard went blank in between. I'm trying to set it up now but I don't see the option to do so anymore. Please advise and assist.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is there an error message you've encountered when trying to complete the process for your welcome discount? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. Also, you can also share to us the link to your form, so we can check it out and see what’s going on.

    For now, I cleared your form caches to refresh your data and to help your forms work faster and efficiently. Try also to clear your browser's cache to refresh the page and to speed up the page loading process. If the issue persists, I suggest trying to open Jotform in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.
