Hello,
We are integrating Jotform into Zendesk, but we have multiple Jotform forms on different websites, that need to feed into individual Zendesk Organisations within one central Zendesk account - docs refer to using a field in the form to identify the organisation, but I don't think this is correct - so can you help me control which Zendesk organisation the form feeds into please?

Hi Poppy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform integrations with Zendesk do not support a form being connected to multiple Zendesk accounts. By default, a form can only be redirected to one Zendesk account and can only vary it using the Group or Tag fields. See the screenshot below:
If you have multiple forms connected to different website, then you can simply integrate each form to their respective Zendesk connection. You can also check our guide on How to Integrate Jotform with Zendesk to know more about this.
