Reset Password not functional

    Good Morning,


    I was prompted to change my password after 90 days. However, when I go to change my password I don't receive an email unless I make the request on my phone which is still logged in.


    When I do get the reset email it doesn't follow the expected flow. Clicking "Reset Password" in my email just brings me to the login screen.
