In the website, on my account, it says there are 3 people in my company that work with Jotform. Who are they? It says I should contact Sales.

    Hi Pam,

Can you share with us the link of the website so we can check on it? It would also help if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

Did you know 3 people at oakhammock.org use Jotform?

With Jotform Enterprise, you can share resources and work as a team.

This is located on the website, in my account, with a blue box button underneath it "Contact Sales".

So that is why I'm asking who is the 3?

    Hi Pam,

Jotform Enterprise is a subscription within Jotform that offers multiple features, including building a Team Workspace. The Contact Sales button typically leads you to fill in a form with your information when you are interested in availing the plan, and our relevant team will review your application.

Checking your website homepage, I was unable to find anything related to Jotform. Can you take a screenshot where the button is showing so we can check on it? We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.

Also, I checked your email pkrueger@oakhammock.org, and it's associated to a Jotform account. You can log in to your Jotform account using this link. Unfortunately, we can't determine who is the user using the Jotform account linked to your email or website, but you can see the IP Address who logged in using your Jotform account. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Logins.
