Our school is selling raffle tickets for a basket of goodies at a school event. We were using a QR code that linked them to a jotform to make the purchase of the tickets. All the jotforms that were submitted yesterday May 8th are not showing up. However they have cleared through credit cards that have been used. I need to see the jotform to make the tickets.
Please help.

Hi JIII,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To my understanding, no submissions are showing up in your tables since May 8. Is that right? I've cloned your Tom Green Spirit and Raffle form, but the submission showed up on my tables. Check out my screenshot below:
I've checked our email logs and found that two submissions were sent to your recipient email last May 8. Can you try to clear your browser caches, then log out and log back in to your account? Can you also try it on a different browser? I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you check it again? If the issue persists, can you give us access to your account so we can check it?
Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.
