Trained Chat Response Not Reverting After 'Undo' – Still Giving Out WhatsApp and Email

    While I was training our chat agent I told her in the Train area chat to give out our what's app number and our help@iwh.co.nz email to speak to a human. Then I figured out I could send the conversation to our VA. I clicked "undo" for that training in the training chat and the AI is still prviding it as an answer and I cannot find the reference to it in the knowledge base

    Hello Vicki,

    To my understanding, your AI agent is still sending the information about your WhatsApp number and email despite of it being deleted. I cloned your AI agent and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
