Hello, this form was previously working, but now it gives an error message that the email is required, at submission. I tried turning off that as a required field (although it worked before as a required filed).
I am willing to pay to get this figured out, if needed.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
- In Form Builder, click on the Payment Integration, and select the Trash icon to delete it.
- Click on the Add Element menu on the top left side of the page, go to the Payments tab, and drag-drop Authorize.net into your form.
- Input your credentials in the Payment Settings on the right side of the page and select the Continue button.

Now I am getting an error that says the merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive. I have not changed anything on the merchant account.

Hi Mike,
I've checked your form, and it appears that you don't have the API Login ID and Transaction Key. Check out my screenshot below:
Make sure to fill it out. Let's do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the payment field.
- Click on the Gear icon on the upper right side of the page.
- Enter your API Login IDF and Transaction Key.
- Click on Continue at the bottom of the page.
If you still get the first error that you get after entering the right API Login ID and Transaction Key, try to enable the Ask Billing Information to Customer and select the email field from the Customer Email Field. Let me show you how to do this:
- Still on the payment gateway settings, click on Additional Gateway Settings.
- Toggle Ask Billing Information to Customer.
- Select Email from the Customer Email Field.
- Click on Continue at the bottom of the page.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

I figured it out. I had the email required box checked on my authorize.net portal. when I unchecked that box, it worked.
