Linked below is my workflow. It has 4 forms in total.
I had entered the wrong email on the Chair Certification Form (form 3 in the process) this email is supposed to go to the person who fills out the very last form. I updated the Chair form submissions to display the correct email however, since the notification was already sent that didn't do anything.
Is there a way for me to manually send her the link of the Dean form (form #4) so that the workflow can still show as completed once it is submitted?

Hi Eva,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since the form is already tied to the email address set in the workflow, it can't be completed by a different recipient or accessed using a shared form link while staying connected to the approval process. You have two options:
- Request the original recipient to forward you the unique approval form link they received. You can then send that link to the correct person so they can complete the form. This method keeps the workflow intact.
- Restart the workflow after updating the recipient of the 4th form. To do this, edit the workflow to correct the email address, then restart the workflow so it sends the approval request to the updated recipient.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

If I do Option #2 won't that reset the entire workflow meaning form #2 & #3 would also need to be resubmitted? I am trying to avoid that. Option #1 is not possible because the email address was entered incorrectly and it is not an email that exists.

Hi Eva,
Looking at your form and the issue you're currently having, the best option for this is #2. Since the entire workflow is already ongoing, it's not possible to pause in the middle part of the structure, and has to be completed as how the entire structure is interconnected. Your workflow, as how it's presented, may have a very simple structure. But since it involves multiple forms that compose the entirety of the workflow itself, it needs to be restarted in order to reach the 4th form, and complete the process itself.
Note that when restarting a workflow, as the name implies, will go to the very beginning, as the workflow can't be paused, resumed, nor restarted in between. The first option could have been possible if the incorrect email existed. But since it's an accidental error that caused the workflow to stay in progress, and after making the proper corrections, it's recommended to restart the workflow itself.
