Hi, the green "SAVE" button is not available for me to save changes to my notification and auto-responder email messages.

You'll see below I have edited the content but the button is not clickable. I've tried clicking it several times and used different browsers and cleared browser cache:

Hi Terry,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form on my end, but I can't replicate the issue. I can edit the email notification and save it without issues. Check out the image below:
Can you try removing the existing Email Notification and Autoresponder Email and create a new one? Usually, if we remove the Notification Email and then add it back, that solves the issue. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi,
Yes, I was able to recreate a second notification email message.
I had hoped to understand what was preventing me from saving work on my first notification. That is an issue that continues to happen at times with JotForm.
Thanks,
Terry

Hi terisman,
The reason the Save button isn't clickable is because something's missing in the settings. For example, if the Recipient Email field is empty, it won’t let you save. If there's an error, you'll see a red dot on the tab so you can check and fix it.
But if everything's set up correctly and you still can't save, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Hi,
This email autoresponder was previously set up weeks ago, with a recipient email address, and was working fine during that time. There was no red dot indicating any field was needing attention.
Today when I went to edit the message content inside the autoresponder, I could not save it.
I have created a new autoresponder which is working now.
Terry
