We have created several jotforms. When we go to the inbox to see if a particular client has sent us a completed jotform, we try to search by the client name in the search box. 100% of the time, the client name does not show up in our search even though we know with 100% confidence that we have received a completed jotform. We even see completed forms in a particular inbox and will type the client name of the form we see in the inbox and it still returns no name. So the search option is not woroking. This makes it incredibly difficult and time consuming to confirm if we have received a completed jotform from a client.
Also, we have tried using the "filter" option instead of the search field. The filter does not pull up clients either. So the search feature does not work.
Can you please help us?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve checked the Jotform Inbox, and everything appears to be working properly. Both the search bar and filters function as expected. Check out the screencast below to see my result:
You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, refreshing your page, and try to access the page using a different browser or device. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
