Help creating a successful workflow

How can I create a workflow with https://www.jotform.com/build/251274745286161 as the starting point, for the request for repairs so that I fill in some fields first, then it goes to both the PM and DI, where PM responds/fills in fields, and DI comments/fills in other fields, then it goes to LA to comment/fills within the form fields, not via email, Also the DI needs to know what the LA comments, so DI needs to be notified as well. I ran this through your Ai tool, but it was not helpful unfortunately.

I've completed the workflow template. You can clone the template at Request for Repairs Workflow, and add it to your form.

The only requirement that you need to set up in your form is to set the default value for Workflow Stage element to Step 1 - LM.
