AI Form Assistant: Option to toggle On or Off the Form Progress

Hi I am noticing that once people are told how many questions are left on the chat bot appointment request, they leave. How can I disable this feature? I looked and it says to disable "form assistant" but I am not finding it on the left hand menu, is there a way for me to turn this off for both the chatbot and the phone agent?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you’re referring to the percentage shown on the right side of the chat box, there isn’t currently an option to turn it off. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

If you’d like to temporarily disable the AI Form Assistant, you can do that right from the Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish from the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Scroll down to Create AI Agents section, then click on the Three Dots icon next to your AI Agent, and select Disable from the menu that opens.

And that's it. Disabling your AI Agent will also disable both the Chatbot and Phone Agents. The AI phone answering capabilities are enabled by default when you create an AI agent. At the moment, there isn’t a separate toggle to disable the form assistant feature specifically for the phone agents.

I am not referring to the percentage shown at, that is fine I am referring to the text that is underlined in red. As soon as someone sees how many more questions, they stop filling out our form.
