Hi, I've tried every way to sign up for an account and I keep getting error 403. This should not be happening when I already have a zoom account under this email address. Please help. I've cleared cookies and browsing history and everything else to make this work.

    Hi Debbie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try signing up again using this link in a private or incognito browser window. You can also use a different browser to check if you can sign up.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

I was able to sign up using an incognito window. How does that help me when I need to sign in not in incognito? I have spent so much time trying to create everything that it is getting ridiculous. I have used many platforms and I've never experienced anything this daunting! Can someone call me and connect into my computer to help me get this going???

    Hi Debbie,

We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. The fact that you can sign up in an incognito window suggests that the issue might be related to your browser's cache, cookies, or extensions interfering with the sign-in process.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies again but this time focus on the specific site data for Jotform to ensure no corrupted data is causing the issue.
    2. Disable any browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers or privacy-related extensions, as they can sometimes block necessary scripts for signing in.
    3. Try signing in again in your regular browser after these steps.

If the issue persists, you might also consider trying a different browser for your regular sign-in until we can identify the root cause.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
