I just created an account and accidentally used an email I no longer have access to. When I try to change it, it sends the verification code to this email which I can't check. Will I need to re-create the form I made into a new account? Thank you.

Since you are unable to change your email address because you accidentally used an email address you no longer have access to, and typically, you would need to enter a verification code to complete the process, we can help you update your email address but you will need to go through our account recovery process to securely update your email address.
