How to restore the form from the trash folder?

hi! my form was deleted by accident somehow. can someone please put my form back on my account? G. Brown fundraiser is the name of the form. i don’t know where it went

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I tried to access your G. Brown fundraiser I was able to access the form. Do note that when you delete the form, it will go into the trash folder and will stay for the next 30 days; after 30 days, it will be automatically deleted. Once it gets deleted, we can't recover the deleted from the trash folder. This also applies to submission as well. Once it is deleted from the trash folder, it can't recover. Let me show you how to restore the form from the trash folder:

1. On the My Workspace page, Scroll all the way down. Click on the Trash folder gray bin icon.
2. Click on the Type and choose Forms.
3. Select the form you want to restore.
4. Choose Restore button from the top navigation bar. That's it.
