Sending signature requests via API

Hello! I'm looking at alternatives to Dropbox Sign API. I've previously used the Dropbox Sign API to automatically send signature requests to users, which will send them an email, and also fire off a webhook when they complete the signature request. Is this something that Jotform can do? If so, would mind steering me to the documentation online about this feature -- I've been having a heck of a time finding it on my own!
