Hello team,
My jot form when accessed is saying QUOTA LIMIT REACHED. Can this please be rectified. please find attached a screeenshot below.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email address you used to submit this help request is tied to a Jotform account with the Starter plan. The account is in good standing and I can access the Initial Assessment Checklist form without any issues. If you're referring to a different account, can you share the email address tied to the account in the issue?

Hello I believe it may be a different form I was shared editing access to. It is called initial assessment rubric and the email address is jayson.magat@unfc.ca

Hi Joy,
I found the form you're referring to, but it's under another email address. The account that owns the form, which is also in the Starter plan, has reached the Monthly Submissions limit. I recommend you advise the owner to upgrade his Jotform account to receive more submissions, or wait until the account limits reset next month.
