Hi Gerardo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you perhaps referring to the default look of the Email alerts? Take a look at the screenshot below:
If so, you will just need to delete the existing Notification/Autoresponder Email then add a new one. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification/Autoresponder field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification/Autoresponder Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification/Autoresponder Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification/Autoresponder Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and will help you with that here shortly.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Gerardo,
The autoresponder email template is designed to show the submission data, but does not automatically replicate the exact visual layout or all elements of the form itself. This means that while the form fields you included in your form will appear in the autoresponder, the email format may differ and some elements like charts or advanced widgets are not included by default in the autoresponder email content.
If you want the autoresponder email to include a PDF copy of the full submission that looks like the form, you can enable the PDF Attachment option in the autoresponder settings. This will send a PDF version of the submission with the email, which preserves the form's full layout and content. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, hover over your autoresponder email and click the pencil icon.
- Under Advanced tab, toggle on Attach PDF and select the PDF you'd like to use. Click Save.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
