Turn off Submission Limit Notification Settings

When a Jotform limit is reached, an email notification is sent to the email associated with the account. Is there a way to turn this notification off or change where the notification is sent?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn off the notification for reaching the Submission Limit as well as send the Notification to another email address. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
