I am a watch repairer and recently noticed some of my submissions on my watch repair form went missing.
I checked with AI chat, and it suggested clearing the cache under settings, but it did not help. Please advice on how to solve this issue

Hi Adrian
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are not able to see uploaded images on the submission tables. I see that you have Google Drive and Google Sheet integrations, can you see if the files are there? If files are there, can you give the file URL from Google Sheet, so we can check it further.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi Adrian,
Firstly, I see that you didn’t make Take Photo widget required, it seems like users submit the form without uploading the picture. Secondly, can you check if files are visible in Google Sheets. Since files removed by modifying the forms will also be gone from the sheet, it is important to check. If files are deleted for some other reasons, files would remain in Google Sheet and Google Drive. Also, are you modifying the submissions, directly from the table or by using the Edit option, this can also give us more information on what is going on.
In addition, we can compare the Google Sheet and the Form Table if you give access to us. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Adrian,
I checked your form submissions and noticed that some submissions included images while others did not. Additionally, I checked the revision history and it indicates that you manually added some entries and made edits to certain cells, which may affect the uploaded images:
You could check all the received images via the link to the images from your integrated Google Sheet as you can see below:
As recommended by my colleague, you can set the Take Image widget as required to ensure users upload an image. Simply right-click on the field and select Require.
Regarding your other question, I have moved it to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check my reply here.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
