Hi - I want to post a survey at a collection point to allow multiple responses. How do I edit the form so that once someone has done a submission it resets to a blank survey? Thank you.

    Hi manager596,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Fill Again button to the Thank You Page so people can fill out your form again. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
    3. Click on Action Buttons, and then select Fill Again.
    4. Finally, click on Save at the bottom-right side of the window. That's it.

Alternatively, you can also use Kiosk Mode when using mobile. The form automatically returns to the start page after each submission.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
