Hello Jotform,
I have reactivated my account - I only use it when the nonprofit I volunteer for is running a vaccination clinic.
I cloned a form from last November; however, it no longer includes the option for people to make a payment. The payment option is grayed out. We use PayPal.

Never mind - I figured it out - I had to resetup the gateway...
