Form Over Quota error message

i was able to get on my pc and permanently forms to create more upload space. success! but its showing that my form is disabled? may you help me out! thanks!!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and can confirm that you have not exceeded any of your limits. So, I cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms, and when I tried accessing one of your forms again, it is now working as expected. Check out the screenshot below:
