Receipt isn't showing the item purchased

    Hello,


    The following jotform receipts are arriving without the item listed.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're trying to include the purchased services in the autoresponder and notification email. You can edit the email templates and add the Product List field to them. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.

    2. Click on Emails on the left.

    3. Hover your mouse over the email and click on the Pencil icon.

    4. Click a field where you want to insert the Product List field in the email.

    5. Click the Add a Row After button.

    6. Click the Form Fields button and select Our Services.

    7. Click Save.
