Submit Button is Missing

This was to be a test go to see if we wanted to use your product. So far its been a failure. Can you please tell me why the RSVP refuses to follow through?

We are able to go all the way to the end but it will not record responses nor give a thank you as chosen

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form, and noticed that it doesn't have a Submit button yet. You need to add the button, so form fillers can submit their response. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, select Submit.
