How to create an inline "fill in the blank" ?

    See the image below.. Is there a trick to create something like the following?

    Hi RobocupjuniorUSA,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use the Fill in the Blank element. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.

    2. In the Add Element menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose Fill in the Blank.

    4. Click on form fields and select short text.

    5. Then click on Gear icon, go to General and toggle on Required to turn it on.

    where age <= 19 and >=10.

    sorry.. also.. the <participant-name> is a field copied from an existing field. Thus, it should be just display only... So, no editing is allowed for that field.

    Is it doable?

    Hi, just chiming in to say that the above can be achieved with a Name field, a number field for Age (where there is a range specified) and a Paragraph field. In the paragraph, you can have your verbiage above, and use the Form Fields in the blanks you specified above for participant name and age. See screenshots below:

    You can then have a single choice field below saying "I have read and agree with this statement", or something like that. Just a thought!
