I’m having trouble connecting Square to my form. Square shows Jotform as an authorized application on their end, but in Jotform, the payment integration stays stuck on “Work in Progress” and won’t complete.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Re-logging into both Square and Jotform
- Clearing form and browser cache
- Removing and re-adding the Square payment field
- Trying different browsers and using incognito mode
- Confirming Jotform is listed in my Square Authorized Apps
Despite all this, the form still won’t fully connect to Square. Can you please help resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly, I was able to successfully connect my form to Square. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I've cleared your form cache again, try connecting your Square account again, using a different internet connection if possible. If the issue persists, you may take a screenshot of the console report and send it to us. Here's a guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
