How to remove profile link?

A button to link to my JF profile is showing up when I embed a new form on my website (see attached screenshot). Can't find a setting remove it. None of my other forms display the button. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The button appears because you're currently logged into your Jotform account on the same browser. This is only visible to you as the form owner or account user.

To confirm how it appears to your visitors, try accessing your site in incognito/private mode or use a browser where you're not logged into Jotform. You should no longer see the avatar button in that view.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for confirming. I could see that it went away when I logged out, but none of my other forms have that button.
