Jotform Sign: Unable to use more than 5MB PDF

    Hi, i wanted to say i have a document and I need it to convert to sign able document. but the file size is 5mb. what should I do now?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, did you get the same error as shown below:

    If your file exceeds 5MB, you might consider reducing the file size slightly by compressing the PDF using a PDF compression tool before uploading.
