I am missing two payments

two customers completed forms made payments but it never made it to my bank.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share your form URL so we can check and dig deeper into what’s happening? Since you mentioned that customers have made payments, what payment gateway did you use to handle the payments? Did you check your submissions on your form to cross-check the data between Jotform and the payment gateway you used? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Also You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.
