1. Log in to your Jotform account.
2. Go to My Forms on the top-left side of the page.
3. Click on Create Form to start a new form.
4. Choose a form layout such as Classic Form or Card Form.
5. Select a template or start from scratch to build your form.
6. Use the Form Builder to add fields, customize questions, and design your form.
7. Save your form and use the Publish tab to share it.

1. First, create a Jotform account by signing up here.
2. Then, on your My Forms page, click on Create on the upper left side of the page.
3. Select Start from scratch and select your preferred Form Layout.
4. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and select your preferred fields and widget.
