Unable to Modify Options from Presets

i wanted to write my own product option. I'm pretty sure the form allow you to type your own option in the populate option. however, somehow my form doesn't allow me to type at all. even when i choose the other preset option, i can't add, edit, or delete the preset. I had completely made a new blank form, and it still happened. Does anyone know the issue?

Can you try using other browsers, and see if the same thing happens? If yes, can you also try using another device, and let us know if it works?

Thanks! I followed your advice. I usually use mozilla and I tried using mozilla again before i tried other browser. It work only for once, and after that it locked itself. I tried using other browser and it work for now! I guess I'll use the other browser to edit for now. I can't use other device due to jotform restriction (enterprise only).

It's good to know that it's now working in another browser. You can also try clearing your Firefox's cache and cookies, as the issue might be with the browser's caches.
