Hi there,
I am getting an error across multiple forms when I try to edit or add a paragraph field on an existing or cloned form. It seems to be intermittent.
I was using Safari and had the problem for about an hour this afternoon, and then I switched to Chrome, and it worked to add a new paragraph field in, and then I went to edit it about 15 min later and I am getting the same error.
This has happened on several different forms over the last week? Is this a known problem, or is there a fix? It makes it very frustrating to try and get the forms completed.
I ahve supplied a link to a form but it has happened on other forms as well
Thanks,
Simon

Hi Simon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are experiencing an intermittent error when trying to edit or add a paragraph field on multiple forms, which is causing issues when you're building your forms. I've cloned your form and tested it to see if I can replicate the issue but everything seems to be working as expected. Check out the screencast below for my result:
This type of issue can sometimes be related to browser caching or temporary glitches. Most of the time, clearing your browser's cache, using a different browsers, ensuring your internet connection is stable or even reloading the form builder can help solve the issue.
If the issue persists, you may consider Clearing Your Form Caches, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
