    Hi,

I'm having an issue with the date of birth on my linked Google Sheet. Every other submission appears correct, the others are a number sequence that aren't even a date in a different format.

When I check the submissions on Jotform they look fine. Is there a way to correct this?

    Thanks!!

    Hi marketing.dragonflyltd,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have tested the integration in a new form and I was unable to replicate the issue. However, after checking the Google Sheet, it seems like the column with the date is in the wrong format. Here's how to correct this:

    1. Open your Google Sheet and select the Colum with the dates, by clicking the letter at the top.
    2. From the top menu, choose Format.
    3. Expand the Number option.
    4. From here, choose Date. If you don't like the default date format, you can click on Custom date and time to customize it.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, it would be great if you could share your sheet with us so we could check it further.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes
