Hi! I am looking for an efficient way to collect everyone's available dates so I can organize our volunteer work schedule. Would it be possible to create a calendar where people can mark the dates and time slots they are available?
Thanks!

Hi Casie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support, if the goal is to collect availability rather than assign or book specific slots, you can try use a DateTime Single widget so that you can allow volunteers to select their preferred date and time that they are available without limiting availability to just one respondent per slot. The form owner can then review all responses and manually organize the final volunteer schedule based on everyone's input.
Let me show you how to add it to your form:
- In Form Builder, click the Add Element button at the upper left.
- Under the widgets tab, search and add the DateTime Single widget to your form.
- Once added, configure the widget's setting based on your preference, then click on the Update Widget button.
In submission table, you can view the volunteers' selected dates:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
