    Hi regina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you have Starter account without any form registered with the same email address you used in this thread. If you would like to unsubscribe or delete your Jotform account, you can easily do that. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

    2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

    3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
