How to disable the voice option of AI sales agent?

    The ai agent is alright.

    But the voice chat is awful.

    How to disable it?

    I've looked at other forums and it looks like it was added then removed, and I can't get a straight answer.

    Even Podo is a perfect example of voice chat done horrible. He is a yellow little monster and yet he sounds like an early an teenage girl.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can I ask how are you using your AI Agent? You should be able to add the AI Agent either as a Standalone, Chatbot, Phone, Voice, or SMS. You do have the option to not use the Voice Agent.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Ah okay I found it randomly today.


    I'm finding out there are many areas that are similar that miss features.

    Like there are like 5 different areas to customize the chat, all varying levels of features. But slightly different and confusing.

    Hi Tony,

    As for your question on how to disable the voice option of the AI agent, you can do this directly in the AI Agent Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your AI Agent in AI Agent Builder.
    2. Click on the purple Gear icon on the right side of the chat preview.
    3. In the menu that opens, toggle the Voice option off.
