Hi, I just registered for https://form.jotform.com/Kasamahan/2025-workshop-registration

and did not receive the automatic email that we set up to be sent out. We moved our forms to jotform for our Zoom link to be automatically sent out. How do we fix this? Thank you!

    Hi Maria,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I can receive the notification email after submission. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Notification Email not sent Image 1 Screenshot 30 I checked your email logs and can confirm that notification emails are being successfully sent to your email address. I can also confirm that your email addresses are on the bounce list, so you should be receiving the notifications without any issues.

Can you try to check your Spam or Junk folder? The notification email might be filtered there. You can also View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings to track the emails. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission. Notification Email not sent Image 2 Screenshot 41

If you're still having issues, can you share the submission IDs for which you didn’t receive the notification email? This will help us investigate more precisely. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, select your form by ticking the checkbox beside it.
    2. After selecting the form, click the Submissions button at the upper part of your page. You will then be redirected to the Jotform Table page.I’m not getting new submission emails Image 3 Screenshot 72 Screenshot 52
    3. In your Jotform Table, click the Columns button on the right side of your page, and select the Submission ID in the dropdown.
    4. Copy the Submission ID of the affected submission and share it with us.I’m not getting new submission emails Image 4 Screenshot 83 Screenshot 63

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
