Hello, support team. I'm experiencing an issue with my upload/storage limit. I’ve already deleted over 300 forms and performed a thorough cleanup, but the storage still appears to be full, and the app is not functioning properly because of this. Could you please help me resolve this issue so the app can work again? Thank you in advance

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, your Upload Space limit still shows at 11.06 GB / 10.00 GB. Deleted submissions will be permanently removed from the system after 30 days. You can permanently delete the trashed entries on your own. Let me show you how to purge them:
- In Jotform Tables page, click on the main tab's three dots icon.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- In the Trash panel on the right, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
- Click on Delete Forever and confirm.
