    Hi Sihem,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

About your question, to analyze customer satisfaction surveys using a weighted average, here's a simple method:

    1. Assign a weight to each criterion or question based on its relative importance.
    2. Collect the ratings or scores given by customers for each criterion.
    3. Multiply each rating by the corresponding weight.
    4. Sum all the results obtained.
    5. Divide this sum by the sum of the weights to obtain the weighted average.

You can check out our Satisfaction Survey Templates that you may want to use. If you have a draft of your form, you can share the URL and details of what you want to do for us to check and walk you through.
