- Assign a weight to each criterion or question based on its relative importance.
- Collect the ratings or scores given by customers for each criterion.
- Multiply each rating by the corresponding weight.
- Sum all the results obtained.
- Divide this sum by the sum of the weights to obtain the weighted average.
