I'd like to create an agent that engages a prospect with a series of non-threatening questions to determine what specific product/service they (the prospects) want. After that, I'd like the agent to provide the prospect with an (existing) Jotform to complete and submit to us to start the process.

Hi williams339,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you have added our guide on How to Create an AI Agent from Scratch. When creating questions, it completely up to you on how you'd like to construct these questions, so you can position them on how you'd like users to see it on their end. As a general rule, all questions should be friendly and technically non-threatening, as our system will detect if there are any rules violated when creating an AI Agent through the AI Agent Builder. This is in line with our AI Terms of Use. Here is a general approach:
- Create an AI agent using Jotform's AI Agent Builder that asks your prospect a series of friendly, non-threatening questions to understand their needs.
- Train the agent to recognize the prospect's responses and identify the specific product or service they are interested in.
- Once the agent determines the prospect's needs, it can provide a link to an existing Jotform that the prospect can fill out and submit to start the process.
This setup allows you to automate the initial engagement and qualification process while seamlessly directing prospects to the appropriate form for further information collection. You can also check our User Guide for Jotform AI Agents to know more on how you can achieve your goal.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
