Hi Stefanie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you have a free account with Jotform and no active subscription. If you want to delete the account, sure, you can do so, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
