Authentication Email

    Hello,

    I've been trying to log in to my account for some time now. I've tried clearing my cache, another browser, checking my email rules - all the things your AI suggested. I'm not receiving your emails. I'd like to get into the account. Please let me know if you need anything from my side to get this fixed. Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our email logs confirm that the Authentication Email message was successfully sent to the intended recipient. For your reference, a screenshot of the delivery details is attached.

    Thanks for the reply - they did finally show up. All at once and about 30 minutes after being requested. Not sure what happened, but at least I was able to get in. Authentication Email Image 1 Screenshot 20
