Hello, I've been trying to download submissions from one of my forms this morning to an Excel file...however, the download function isn't work. It just keeps "spinning". I've checked connections, and tried two different browsers, but not having any luck.
Just wanted to see if there was an issue with this function, and/or when it might be fixed.

We are having the same issue. I even tried other forms and the result is the same so it is not form specific.

Hi Curt,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I tried to do this on my account, and I was also not able to download the submission to Excel. It keeps loading, and it doesn't respond.
When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.
We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.

Thanks for your patience. I'm pleased to inform you that this issue is now resolved. This was a known issue earlier, but our Developers were able to resolve it, so it should all be working fine now. You can download your submissions without encountering any issues.
