The change to the app switcher has created extra work that used to be avoidable.
When we're working in forms only, we want to stay in forms. And now there is no way to do that easily.
In the app switcher there used to be Go Back to My Forms at the bottom, which made sense.
Now there is Go Back to My Workspace - which, in fairness, I never was there, so there's no going back to it. But maybe at least if you had an app square that allowed us to go to our FORMS where we are currently working, in real estate not currently being used for anything, that would make a ton of sense.
Now every time I move from form to form I have to navigate through this workspace page - every time. And it opens a new unwanted tab. UGH.
its only a coincidence that I don't use many other features or I'd be really frustrated having to filter or seek for THE FORM I wanted to work on mixed in with all the other types. UGH -

Hi dp_solutions,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the changes to the app switcher. We understand that the previous "Go Back to My Forms" option provided a more straightforward way to stay within the forms workflow, and the new "Go Back to My Workspace" can feel less intuitive, especially if you don't frequently use the workspace.
To go back to the forms in your account, you can easily setup the Type filter and check Forms so only forms will appear. Let me show you how:
- After going back to My Workspace, click on Type filter.
- Then, select Forms so only forms will appear on the selections.

Oh great.
So this will be remembered for me every time I log into jotform then?
That's awesome. That's exactly what I needed.
I don't use any of the other features at this time.THANKS!

Hi dp_solutions,
I checked it on my account, and it seems that the previous Filter type I selected is retained when I accessed the page. This means that you don't need to select it every time you open this page.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
