Hi Guys,
After my clients submit their RSVP, the form loads again. Not sure why that is happening.

Hi Katherine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Thank You page in the Jotform App is designed to display for only a few seconds before it automatically reloads the form, which is the default behavior.
As a workaround, you can extend the display time of the Thank You page to prevent the form from reloading immediately after submission. Let me show you how:
- In your App Builder, select the form and click the Gear icon.
- In the Properties, go to the General tab, and set the Thank You Page Display Time to the maximum time of 2 Minutes.
That's it. Test your app, and you'll see that the form no longer reloads instantly after submission. Check out the screencast below for the result:
