Hi Adam,
Will they only be receiving the result for top1? You can set up a Change Email Recipient condition. Let me walk you through this:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window.
- Select Update/Calculate Field.
- Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page

Ideally, we would want to send 3 email responses - one for each of the three top scores.
Quick question, doing it this way won't change the recipient?? I'm guessing that as long as the email field contains '{email}', the recipient stays the same?

Hi Adam,
The recipient won't change as long as the unique name of the email field, which is {email}, is in the Email field of Change Email Recipient condition:
Since you have multiple possible top 3 results, you'll need to set up multiple Change Email Recipient conditions. So for Administration alone, you need to set up three Change Email Recipient conditions, like the one below:

I have one more question for you -- what if I wanted to send out just ONE email that included all three of their top scoring categories? Is there a way to accomplish that instead of having to send out 3 separate ones?? I realize it would probably take a whole lot of conditions if so...

Hi Adam,
If you'll be showing the explanation of each result, then this is not possible. You'll need to set up a corresponding Change Email Recipient Condition for each result. I'm thinking of a workaround to do this, but can't think of any. You really need to set up multiple conditions for the top 3 results.

To send 3 corresponding email responses to the users, start by organizing your replies based on the user’s initial query, follow-up, and confirmation. Each response should be clear, personalized, and aligned with the user's needs to ensure a smooth communication flow. For example, if a user requests a , your first email could confirm the request, the second could deliver the file, and the third could follow up to ensure successful receipt.
